You’re attempting to connect an integration using an email not associated with an account, or lacking correct permissions:
Confirm that you have an active account under the email address you’re attempting to connect with. If you don’t have an active account or are not granted permission to activate connections, you might see a screen like this:

You see a connection error in your Slack channel:
This can occur if the integration provider is experiencing an outage or other service issue that prevents us from accessing your data.
